Who is Quentin Monge?
Quentin Monge grew up on a beach in south of France where he started drawing in the sand simple silhouettes. He now lives and works in Paris, where summer vibes of his childhood by the sea keeps haunting his colourful work for the pleasure of our eyes. It’s through his minimalist characters and beautifully composed patterns that Quentin captures a world of bikini-clad women riding crocodiles, people surfing harmoniously with sharks, or gardens of crisp and juicy watermelon.
Quentin is both artistic director for a digital agency but also a very successful artist who cotinues to work with major clients such as Airbnb, Barclays, Glamour and Weapon of Reason to name but a few.
Quentin’s artwork is incredibly varied and by no means are surfing and beach vibes the only themes which are explored in his artwork. The most common element which run through most of his art is the feminine characters who act as the stylish and flowing focal points. The majority collection of surf inspired pieces I have selected to showcase below are no exception. Enjoy!

The artwork of Quentin Menge is not easy to find for purchase (It seems an online shop is soon on the way – can’t wait for that) but for now do check out Quentin’s Instagram here which seems to be the most comprehensive and updated place for his stuff.
